CBMS is available in two versions Full and Lite. Full include Stock Management module with: stock orders, transfers, wastage, stock take. Unlimited number of stock items. Suppliers management. Unlimited number of stock areas. Lite does not have stock control but apart from that there is no other difference from full.

CBMS Hospitality is a perfect solution for your business it is combination of performance, high productivity and low costs. It allows you to obtain all necessary informations in one place to help you manage your business so you can make right decisions on time and make you successfull.

From one side you input your orders and add all new products and update your pricess that then update your stock figures and gets send to your ECRs. From the other side you collect all your sales figures back you the system what also update your stock figures. As a result you have actual stock figures and sales information updated every single day. All those data and business information stored in that data is extracted by a wide range of reports.

CBMS Hospitality allow you to create:

• Simple PLUs (no stock)
• PLUs with stock
• PLUs with reciepe (link more than one stock item)

Lite version does not have stock control but apart from that there is no other difference from full. So it allow to collect all sales information and program your ECR the same way full verison does.

KEYWARE is a key management utility for locksmitch. It integrates Cross Referece, Key Registartion and Master Keying modules in one package.

CROSS REFERENCE is a database with over 60000 records provided detailed information about keys and theirs manufacturers. You can easly find a replacement for a blank key from different manufacturer. There is almoust 30 keys manufacturers. Data include hooks numbers and codes, keys profiles, makes, models, series and many more. Whole module is supproted by simple ordering tool what makes ordering process very simple. You can work with up to 16 manufacturers at the same time. You have ability to use your own manufacturers. There are 2 user specific manufacturers where you can type and store those additional information.

KEY REGISTRATION alows you to store necessary data of your customers and jobs. You can find and view those data using sophisticated search methods. All data are organized by customer and job location. Stored data include detailed record of keys and cylinders, keys cuts, cylinders type, manufacturers, finish and others. Key registration module will let you kut keys directly on Silca hardware. You can just send selected keys to Silca hardware with no need to program those machines manually.

MASTER KEY is the most sophisticated module. It gives you a powerfull tool to support you with your work. Now with just few clicks you can build 1, 2 or 3 level master key system, extend existing system, create common cylinders. With a set of predefined parameters for most of popular manufacturers you can create whole suite and put notes, stamping, names for each cylinder and key. Then you can send whole collection of keys to key cuting machine as the software has built in interface to access Silca hardware. This software will help you save money by seriously reducing amount of time you spend building master key suits. It may give you oportunity to expand your service and bring more buisness.
